Laminr provides AI-powered document processing and analysis services, including but not limited to: Bank statement analysis and transaction categorization; Income verification and calculation; Document data extraction and processing; Financial document management and organization.

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must: Create an account with accurate and complete information; Maintain the security of your account credentials; Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account; Be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; Upload documents that you do not have the right to process; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code; Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services; Use the Services to process data for illegal activities including fraud or money laundering.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, are owned by Laminr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents, but grant us a limited license to process them as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Data Processing

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that: Our AI systems will process your uploaded documents; Processing results are provided for informational purposes and should be verified; We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security; You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to upload and process documents.

7. Fees and Payment

Some Services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAMINR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laminr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
